This morning there has been a war on between me and the squirrels. I have a half dozen gray squirrels raiding the bird feeders and they aren’t scared of my cat or me. Now if they would have been busy last fall putting their nuts in the hollow tree like this red squirrel did instead of burying the acorns all over my lawn that they can’t find now under the deep snow, they wouldn’t have to stealing my bird seed!
