As another summer weekend approaches, some may have headed to the lake early to be able to cast a fishing line out in hopes of catching that big one. The clouds may create a nice scene, but it can make the bobber harder to see when it moves into the cloud reflection instead of the blue background.

I think Mother Nature played the April Fools’ Day trick with its deceiving sunshine. On Monday it was warm enough that I could open my windows for the first time this spring, but this morning the temperature was 14 and the wind chills stayed below freezing most of the day. The sunshine made it look warm but it fooled you when you went outside.
