When the rain stops and things dry out, farmers scramble to get the field work done even the old fashion way of farming. My wagon load would not be filled as tall as I would be too short to pitch the grain bundles very high.

A retrospective look of farming when oat bundles were loaded onto wagons from the oak shocks in the field and hauled to the grain thresher. The one on top can’t be scared of heights as they drive the horse drawn wagon standing up across rough fields.
