I much rather view white water and white foam from a waterfall than the white cold flakes falling down from the sky this evening. This little falls is called Bonanza Falls located near the Porcupine Mountains in Upper Michigan, which can be 100 feet wide during the spring runoff.

When the water levels are higher on the Amnicon River, then a small offshoot stream flows and creates the pretty Now and Then Falls in the Amnicon Falls State Park.

On a hot day, it would feel nice to sit next to a waterfall, even if it doesn’t have a lot of water rushing down over the rocks. And maybe catch a little mist from the splashing water on the Upper Falls of the Gooseberry River.
